We do not promise a fixed delivery date upfront — we give an estimated range after understanding your requirements, and we communicate progress through the client portal.

Third-party costs — such as hosting, domain registration, AI model usage, messaging platform fees, and payment processing — are billed by their providers and are separate from JustOnMars fees. Can I pay for services online yet?

Not yet. Online payment integration is not currently connected. During the launch phase, project invoices are handled by arrangement after consultation. Project data is stored securely in the JustOnMars platform with row-level security. You can only access records assigned to your account, and only administrators can manage project records. We do not sell or rent your information. The contact form collects only the details you choose to submit. Anonymous, non-identifying interaction events (like page views) may be recorded for internal improvement — never your name, email, or message content.
